Job Description
Overview: Safilo Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support — and in key areas, own — the execution, optimization, and analysis of campaigns across paid search and social, SEO/GRO, affiliate/influencer marketing, and retention channels (email and SMS). This role is ideal for a performance-driven digital marketer ready to deepen their multi-channel expertise and take greater ownership of both acquisition and retention programs. You’ll play a hands-on role in bringing campaigns to life, optimizing performance, and ensuring our D2C brands connect with the right consumers at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Execution
Support campaign briefing and storytelling across all digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and creative direction.
Coordinate with creative teams to deliver on-brand, platform-optimized assets on time.
Maintain campaign timelines and asset trackers to ensure all deliverables are met.
Assist in building and optimizing media plans across paid search, paid social, and affiliate programs, contributing to targeting, creative, and channel mix discussions.
Manage QA and setup for campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, affiliate networks, and CRM platforms.
Support the CRM Specialist in executing and optimizing email and SMS campaigns.
Track and report on campaign performance, translating learnings into actionable recommendations for future briefs.
Channel Optimization & Testing
Monitor daily channel performance and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
Contribute to ongoing A/B tests across creative, audience, and landing pages to improve performance.
Research emerging media opportunities and share insights with the Growth Marketing Manager to inform channel strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Ecommerce, Creative, and Brand Marketing teams to align campaigns with seasonal launches, promotions, and brand storytelling moments.
Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and platform representatives to ensure implementation of best practices.
Maintain internal playbooks, campaign documentation, and learnings to promote consistency and team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or ecommerce (experience in eyewear, outdoor, or lifestyle industries a plus).
Familiarity with paid media channels, campaign setup, and key performance metrics.
Hands-on experience with GA4, Shopify+, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
Strong organizational and project management skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and surface actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Excel and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to learn and grow.
