The candidate should understand the script and create a crisp and engaging video on it.
Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
Take a brief to grasp the production team’s needs and specification
Manipulate and edit images/video pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience.
Input Voice Over, background audio, graphics, and effects
Create rough and final cuts

Requirements

Should be good at creating product videos, promo videos, and engaging short clips.
Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity.
Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing
Creative mind.
