About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software applications that meet our clients’ needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience (3+ years) in software development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and version control systems like Git.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as React or Angular is advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications in accordance with project requirements.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand user needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues promptly.
Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring their stability, security, and scalability.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
Contribute to team meetings, planning sessions, and technical discussions to foster a collaborative environment.
Assist in mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge within the team.
