The organization is a venture-backed company focused on enabling responsible AI development, adoption, procurement, and usage at scale. Responsibilities:
• Design and implement scalable, efficient, and reliable front-end systems.
• Communicate technical challenges and solutions clearly across teams.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to deliver high quality UI/UX.
• Explore and integrate new technologies and programming languages into development.
• Maintain AI fluency or demonstrate willingness to learn AI concepts.
• Continuously adapt to new technical challenges, focusing on backend development practices.

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience developing high-quality, maintainable, and robust software for enterprise applications.
• Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and familiarity or interest in learning TypeScript.
• Experience with frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or Next.js.
• Knowledge of styling tools including SASS, CSS-in-JS, Tailwind CSS, or Bootstrap.
• Experience with testing tools like Jest, Mocha, Cypress, or Jasmine.
• Proficient in version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
• Familiarity with APIs including REST, GraphQL, Swagger/OpenAPI, and Postman.
• Experience with responsive web design, accessibility, and design systems is a plus.
• Experience with Storybook, Docker, CI/CD, and authentication flows is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical issues.
• Highly motivated to learn new technologies and frameworks.

Compensation:
• Expected base salary range is $160,000 to $180,000 USD.
• Salary ranges depend on role, level, location, skills, experience, and education.
• The posted range reflects minimum and maximum targets for new hires at the specified location.
