This position starts at: $76,300. Final compensation will be determined based on experience.

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, experienced designer to join our creative team. From PowerPoint presentations and collateral to digital ads and event graphics, you’ll be responsible for the execution of high-volume, high-impact creative assets across digital and print while ensuring consistency, accuracy and brand alignment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Design + Asset Production

Design and produce a variety of materials including collateral (print + digital), PowerPoint decks, social media graphics (static + animated), event and tradeshow materials, infographics, eBooks and internal documents
Manage relationship with sales team, creating on-message and on-brand sales enablement materials, including a high-volume of PowerPoint decks and printed booklets
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions that meet their needs
Develop and maintain branded templates for presentations, whitepapers, case studies and sales enablement materials
Ensure all assets meet brand, accessibility and technical standards across channels
Manage vendor relationships
Select and edit photography
Support internal teams with high-quality, on-brand visuals

Video Marketing Support

Design static and animated graphics for video content, including intros, lower thirds, on-screen captioning and end screens
Edit footage and/or collaborate with video editors and content producers to create short promo videos
Prepare thumbnails, overlays and promotional assets for video distribution on LinkedIn, YouTube and website
Organize and manage video and audio content library

Website + Digital Support

Create and optimize graphics, banners and content for company website and landing pages
Collaborate with web developers to ensure assets are responsive and performance-optimized

Brand Governance + Quality Control

Manage and organize digital asset libraries and version control systems
Assist in updating and maintaining brand guidelines
Curate and maintain corporate photography and headshot libraries
Develop, implement and maintain branded templates and asset libraries (e.g., icons, brand graphics, social promo templates, imagery).

Process + Workflow Optimization

Identify and implement improvements to streamline production workflows
Support the development of scalable design systems and documentation
Stay current on design tools, trends and best practices relevant to B2B marketing

Required Skills:

Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for good design; strong eye for layout and type design is a must
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Ability to prioritize and work simultaneously on multiple projects with short timelines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time, on budget and at the highest quality level
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about design challenges; resourceful and strategic thinker able to explore solutions independently before raising concerns.
Proficient knowledge working in PowerPoint to create standout design layouts
Comfortable creating GIFs and performing basic video editing
Experience preparing clean, print-ready files and working with production vendors
Experience with AI tools to generate video or image content

Qualifications:

5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a similar B2B corporate environment
A strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated layout, typography and color usage; high-impact PowerPoint designs
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Acrobat)
Proficiency in Microsoft suite (specifically, Word and PowerPoint)
Deep understanding of design principles: layout, hierarchy, balance, proportion, color, emphasis and consistency
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills

Nice to Have Experience:

Strong working knowledge of motion graphics, video production and / or animation would be a highly valued bonus
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and web design principles is a plus, as is experience with WordPress and HubSpot
Working knowledge of Canva
