The Graphic Designer II position will be part of the Sales Enablement Team in the Retail Go To Market department. This role will take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media with a
major emphasis on leading the development of graphics for presentations, proposals, marketing materials, and other design content. Demonstrating a deep understanding and interest in visual storytelling through the use of graphic
design, art direction, illustration, data visualization, and other graphic mediums. Taking their expert knowledge of current design software and being skilled in every step of the design process, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams across the organization to produce unique and high impact materials, from conceptualization, to implementation, through final delivery. This role will help to lead the creation of a variety of core Sales and Marketing
assets across the organization that help support the Cotiviti brand and business strategies.
Responsibilities
Lead the storyboarding, graphic design and creation of text and graphics-based content across print and digital platforms, social media, email, and web.
Ideate and produce various projects for Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, ensuring timely delivery of effective and creative design that drives sales results, brand cohesion and consistency.
Develop and deliver creative assets for a broad range of sales and marketing tools including but not limited to: 1) presentation, design, layout, and production, 2) proposal design, layout, and production, 3) client reporting design, layout, and production, 4) email campaigns, 5) website content and landing pages, 6) event assets, and other ad-hoc design projects.
Provide fresh content on a regular basis along with sharing resources, guides, and tutorials.
Consistently evaluate design processes and make suggestions for improvement and efficiency.
Multi-task across numerous projects with firm deadlines.
Convert business concepts and data into easily consumable graphics that tell a story.
Willingness to take direction from cross functional team members and stakeholders.
Complete all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
Complete all special projects by their deadlines and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, fine arts, digital media, or equivalent experience required.
Business minor or equivalent acumen.
Experienced skill level in the standard tools of the trade including all MS365 programs, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Acrobat, motion graphics and animator programs such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Blender, or Cinema 4D and other programs as needed.

Base compensation ranges from $76,000 to $100,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
