As part of the Gas Power One Field Services team, FieldCore installs, maintains, and upgrades power generation equipment, enabling operators of the world’s energy infrastructure to provide more reliable and affordable energy.
Job Summary
The Graphic Designer is part of the Creative Services team, a world-class in-house creative group dedicated to supporting customer business communications and strategies while strengthening and elevating brand presence. This role contributes throughout all phases of projects, including participating in meetings, helping shape design and technical strategy, and ensuring content and files are well organized.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Account Managers, the Brand Manager/Art Director, and fellow designers to develop and execute compelling visual solutions that align with marketing objectives
Conceptualize, design, and implement creative assets from initial concept through final delivery
Utilize high level of proficiency in graphic design, web, and digital media tools, along with print production, including four-color and digital printing processes to create materials
Lead the creative aspects of projects, apply strong business acumen, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced collaborative environment
Travel may be required

Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience
Strong understanding of branding principles, with a focus on creative, innovative design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to generate original ideas and maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and media queries
Solid understanding of print production processes, including four-color and digital printing
Experience designing for digital and social media platforms
Ability to design for interaction and user experience across multiple screen-based platforms
English proficiency required
Desired Characteristics
Experience in videography and post-production editing
Experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably Marketo and Mailchimp
Advanced PowerPoint skills, including animation and transitions, and the ability to refine existing materials into clear, visually engaging presentations
Illustration skills
3D modeling and animation experience
Video and audio editing experience
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and present ideas effectively, listen actively, and work both independently and collaboratively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including editing and proofreading
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Ability to understand project requirements fully and take ownership of deliverables in accordance with production schedules
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks of varying complexity in a deadline-driven environment
Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment
Experience maintaining accurate daily time records for project tracking, customer invoicing, and team reporting
Positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
Self-motivated and eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
Compensation And Benefits
The hourly wage range for this position is $22.36 to $39.18. Employees may be eligible for overtime. FieldCore benefits include insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability, and life), retirement savings, health and Wellness reimbursement, and a bonus or incentive program. Eligibility for FieldCore benefits is determined under the terms of the applicable benefits plan.
