Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at Flare energy services. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs that align with our brand image and marketing goals. You will work closely with our marketing and communications team to develop designs for various projects, including print and digital materials, social media graphics, and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design graphics for print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and presentations.
Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to understand project requirements and ensure designs align with brand guidelines.
Create and edit images, illustrations, and other visual elements to enhance marketing materials.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Work with external vendors to ensure high-quality production of printed materials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in graphic design.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience in creating designs for print and digital platforms.
Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design is a plus.
