As part of this exciting growth, Perricone Farms is seeking a proactive, strategic, and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. This high-impact role will support both brands across digital, retail, packaging, and experiential channels and is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about building premium brands, and enjoys bringing ideas to life across multiple touchpoints. Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce digital assets including email campaigns, website graphics, social media content, and integrated campaign visuals
Develop physical creative materials such as packaging, point-of-sale displays, brochures, event signage, and trade show assets
Create sales and marketing tools including sell sheets, presentations, pitch decks, and product or display mockups
Design and adapt social media assets across platforms including TikTok, Instagram Stories, feeds, and other emerging channels
Ensure a cohesive, elevated brand presence across all channels, platforms, and consumer touchpoints
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality creative standards
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing and sales, as well as external vendors and production partners
Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and quality control
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
3+ years of professional experience in brand and packaging design, preferably within consumer goods
Strong creative strategy and execution skills with an emphasis on premium branding
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related design tools
Experience with artwork production and pre-press for high-quality print output
Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Photography experience is a plus (product, lifestyle, or on-set shoot experience preferred)
