About The Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (Contract) to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to craft compelling visual content suitable for both digital and print platforms. This role involves supporting Natera’s marketing initiatives by designing and updating a variety of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, digital ads, tradeshow displays, web images, and presentation materials, all aligned with our brand guidelines. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the in-house Creative and Brand teams to develop concepts and execute designs that effectively communicate our brand message. This position requires someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate effectively across different teams. The role is remote, with a preference for candidates based on the West Coast timezone, and offers an opportunity to contribute to a company at the forefront of genetic testing innovation.
Qualifications

3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design or related field
Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in Graphic Design or an equivalent qualification
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration
Experience designing marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, digital ads, and web images
Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation
Ability to manipulate photographs and artwork digitally
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Word
High attention to detail and quality assurance
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
Preferred: Video editing skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment
Location preference: West Coast timezone
Responsibilities

Design and update various marketing materials, including print and digital assets, ensuring consistency with brand standards
Develop creative concepts in collaboration with the creative team for campaigns and company initiatives
Proof, refine, and prepare files for production, coordinating with print vendors to ensure accuracy and quality
Digitally manipulate photographs and artwork using Adobe Creative Suite to enhance visual content
Assist in maintaining and organizing the company’s creative resource library for easy access and consistency
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual solutions
Participate in conceptual development exercises and contribute innovative ideas to enhance branding efforts
Ensure all design outputs adhere to current brand guidelines and marketing strategies
