The Graphic Designer will design and produce compelling visual content that supports SENKO’s global brand, social media presence, and storytelling initiatives. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Creative Content, this role develops engaging assets for marketing campaigns, presentations, events, email marketing, and other collateral while ensuring brand consistency across channels. The Graphic Designer translates complex technical concepts into clear, impactful visual communications that support thought leadership, product marketing, and business growth. The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented designer with strong Adobe Creative Suite skills.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Create social media graphics using existing brand templates with flexibility for creative exploration
Design and update email marketing assets, including Constant Contact campaigns for monthly newsletter and podcast release
Develop and maintain email signature designs across the organization
Design podcast episode thumbnails and supporting visual assets for ongoing SENKO thought leadership series
Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations, including marketing decks, sales enablement materials, and internal presentations
Support consistent visual branding across website, campaigns, and internal communications
Collaborate with marketing team to translate technical concepts into clear visual storytelling
Design and prepare tradeshow graphics and supporting visual assets, including banners, booth visuals, digital displays, and event collateral

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, fine arts (BFA preferred), or a related field required; equivalent relevant education and/or professional experience may be considered
2+ years of professional experience in graphic design
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing expertise in layout, branding and multi-channel design work
Comfortable working with technical or complex subject matter
Experience designing for digital marketing and B2B environments preferred
Interest in or exposure to technology, engineering, AI infrastructure, data center, industries is a plus

Salary Range:

$60,000 – $70,000 annually
