About The Role

We are seeking a talented and proactive Graphic Designer to join our Buildings & Infrastructure Americas team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting proposal development, marketing collateral, presentations, and positioning materials from concept through to final delivery. Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize, design, and develop compelling graphics and visual content that effectively communicate complex ideas and technical data to diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design aptitude, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards of quality and brand consistency. You will collaborate closely with proposal teams, technical staff, and external vendors, contributing creative solutions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity while supporting impactful projects across various sectors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
Alternatively, an Associate’s degree with relevant professional experience in graphic design.
Minimum of 4 to 10 years of professional experience in graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Experience working with print and digital media formats.
Ability to interpret technical data and develop visually engaging content.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones.
Flexibility to work overtime and on weekends as project deadlines require.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of strategic graphic design solutions to support proposals, sales materials, and presentations, including layouts for long documents, storyboards, covers, brochures, illustrations, interactive PDFs, and digital media.
Collaborate with proposal teams and technical staff to conceptualize and design impactful graphics that enhance messaging and comprehension.
Translate complex technical and conceptual content into clear, accessible visual formats that resonate with diverse audiences.
Follow established graphic design processes, tools, and company procedures, while offering suggestions for process improvements.
Coordinate with external vendors and production teams to ensure high-quality output and adherence to printing and digital specifications.
Proof and review work to maintain quality control standards across all deliverables.
Support remote collaboration with team members across different locations and time zones.
Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
