About The Role
cocokind is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will support the execution of design work across all brand touchpoints, including social media, retail, digital platforms, and product packaging. Your primary focus will be on translating campaign ideas and creative concepts into compelling visual assets that align with our brand identity and resonate with our community.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and cross-functional teams such as marketing, digital, and product development. You will be responsible for maintaining visual consistency across all channels while contributing fresh, innovative ideas to enhance our brand presence. The role is based in San Francisco, with an in-office presence required 2-3 days per week, offering a dynamic environment for professional growth and skill development.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in a graphic design role
Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, thoughtful execution across digital and/or brand design
Solid understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, layout, and composition
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Asana, and other design tools
Experience designing for digital channels such as social media, web, email, and paid media
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and consistency
Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and a willingness to learn
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
Interest in beauty, wellness, or consumer brands is a plus
Responsibilities
Execute and organize design assets across various channels including social media, email campaigns, website, paid media, and retail displays
Translate campaign concepts and creative direction into on-brand visual deliverables
Support the creation of product and packaging design files, ensuring alignment with brand standards
Design in-store retail merchandising materials for primary and secondary placements, collaborating with brand and retail teams
Create and optimize visuals for direct-to-consumer and retailer e-commerce product pages in partnership with sales teams
Assist in preparing assets for photoshoots, product launches, and campaign rollouts
Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently across all touchpoints
Partner with cross-functional teams to support ongoing and ad hoc design needs
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Incorporate feedback effectively and iterate designs while maintaining attention to detail
