About The Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in El Paso, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in graphic design principles, with experience in architectural and visual design projects. This role involves creating compelling visual content, technical drawings, and layouts that align with project specifications and client expectations. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and clients to develop innovative design solutions that enhance our offerings and strengthen our market position. Proficiency in design software and technical tools is essential to succeed in this position, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 12 months of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
Proficiency in Autocad, Corel Draw, VCARVE, and Rasterlink software platforms.
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and layout techniques.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret client needs effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and produce visual content for a variety of projects including technical drawings, layouts, and presentations.
Utilize Autocad and other software tools to create precise and detailed designs that meet project specifications.
Collaborate with project teams to understand client requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, schematics, and fabrication layouts.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
Revise and refine designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams.
Maintain organized digital files and project documentation for easy access and future reference.
Stay updated with industry trends, new software features, and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
