About The Role
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team remotely, preferably from the Northeast region, including New York and New Jersey. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and executing compelling visual content that effectively communicates our brand and product stories. Your work will evoke emotional responses from our current and prospective customers, ensuring that all creative outputs align with our strategic marketing objectives. You will support the development of innovative design solutions across multiple channels, maintaining the integrity of our brand identity while adhering to project timelines and standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our visual storytelling and contribute to the growth of our brands through engaging, thoughtfully crafted designs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design
Proficiency in MAC operating systems and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of print and digital design principles
Knowledge of responsive design, front-end web development including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash, and Bootstrap
Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus
Familiarity with web image optimization best practices
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
Responsibilities
Support the creative process from concept development to final execution across all marketing channels
Ensure brand consistency and uphold brand standards in all assets and collateral
Adhere to production schedules, project timelines, and deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deadlines
Assist the Creative Team with preparing presentations and visual pitches
Stay current with fashion, style, design trends, and popular culture to inform creative strategies
Develop graphics and layouts for marketing campaigns, digital content, and collateral materials
Produce and optimize digital artwork for various platforms
Create digital templates to streamline content creation
Manage the image library and assist with photo retouching and markup tasks
Perform other duties as assigned to support the creative department
