In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual assets across various marketing initiatives including brand, product, digital, and sales. Your work will directly impact campaigns, product launches, and marketing programs, ensuring that the visual representation aligns with business objectives. As a key individual contributor, you will blend design excellence with hands-on production, contributing to the overall aesthetic appeal and effectiveness of marketing efforts. You will play a vital role in translating creative briefs into polished, performance-driven assets that engage audiences and elevate brand visibility.
Accountabilities
Design and produce high-quality visual assets across digital, print, web, email, social, sales enablement, and event materials
Apply and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables
Plan and execute photo and video shoots for products, campaigns, and marketing content
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand creative briefs and marketing goals
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines
Edit and retouch photography and video assets for various marketing channels
Requirements
5+ years of experience in graphic design or visual production, ideally in an in-house marketing environment
Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, photography, and video work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and working knowledge of Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, lighting, and visual hierarchy
Ability to work independently while meeting creative briefs and timelines
Experience planning and executing photo and video shoots
Benefits
Base salary range: $80,000–$85,000, depending on experience
