We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to own the visual execution of Vastian’s brand across all client-facing materials. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves translating complex healthcare concepts into clean, compelling visuals that resonate with quality leaders, lab directors, and hospital administrators. You’ll work closely with our marketing team and subject matter experts to create everything from sales presentations to digital ads to website improvements.

Responsibilities And Duties
Brand & Visual Storytelling
Create digital ad campaigns and social media graphics that drive engagement.
Develop sales collateral including one-pagers, case studies, comparison tables, presentations, and product sheets.
Design trade show materials (booth graphics, banners, handouts)
Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
Website & Digital Experience
Evolve UI/UX on our Webflow website to improve user experience and conversion
Design landing pages, CTAs, and visual elements that support demand generation campaigns
Create graphics and visual assets for blog posts and gated content
Collaboration & Execution
Partner with marketing leadership and subject matter experts to translate technical concepts into accessible visuals
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying deadlines and stakeholders
Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining high creative standards
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and asset libraries
Take initiative on creative improvements and proactively suggest visual enhancements
Required
Skills & Experience:
2-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong presentation design skills with experience creating compelling sales decks in PowerPoint
Portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, layout design, and brand consistency
Experience with or willingness to learn Webflow for website design
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to brand standards
Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines without compromising quality
Excellent communication skills and comfort giving/receiving constructive feedback
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and take initiative
Nice To Have
Experience designing for regulated industries (healthcare, life sciences, finance)
Familiarity with UI/UX principles
Understanding of B2B marketing and demand generation
Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (Pardot/Account Engagement)
Knowledge of accessibility standards in design
