Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Software Engineer who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative engineering team. The ideal candidate has experience with at least one of the following core technologies–C#, JavaScript, or SQL–and is excited to expand their skill set. Familiarity with AI technologies (such as machine learning libraries, LLMs, or AI APIs) is a strong plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.

Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional team members
Troubleshoot and debug applications
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
Learn and adopt new tools, frameworks, and technologies as needed
Support integration of AI-driven features or workflows (if applicable)
Actively promotes GUEST customer service standards; develops effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job.

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements Include

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Practical experience with C#, JavaScript, or SQL (at least one)
Basic understanding of software development principles
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
Passion for learning new technologies and improving technical skills
Familiarity with AI technologies, such as:
AI/ML concepts
Large Language Models (LLMs)
AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS AI)
Data processing or model integration
Exposure to version control systems (e.g., Git)
Coursework, personal projects, or internships related to software development or AI
