ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for a resourceful and versatile Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives with a focus on content execution and web updates. This role will be responsible for creating compelling social media content and updating web pages, with a strong eye for design and optimization. The ideal candidate will have experience using Canva, Duda, and have a solid understanding of SEO. You will work closely with the corporate marketing team to ensure that content reflects brand consistency, drives engagement, and supports the overall marketing strategy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Create engaging social media content across platforms including Facebook and LinkedIn including copy, design and video as needed
Design branded graphics using Canva in accordance with Tribute’s visual identity
Maintain and update client websites using platforms like Duda or WordPress
Collaborate with internal teams to publish accurate, timely updates across digital channels
Implement basic SEO best practices across site content and social posts
Conduct quality assurance checks for all digital updates and marketing assets
Monitor content performance and suggest areas for improvement
Stay current on social media trends, content strategies, and industry-specific marketing best practices
Maintain documentation of work, deadlines, and communications to ensure organized execution of updates’ understand utilize general marketing principles to drive pipeline for the sales team
Understand and maintain brand standards and quality across marketing materials

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or website content roles
Proficiency in Canva for creating polished digital assets
Familiarity with website platforms such as Duda, or similar CMS tools
Basic understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to web and social content
Comfortable marketing on Facebook, LinkedIn, and other major social media platforms
Video editing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail
Ability to shift gears quickly, manage multiple requests, and work with minimal supervision
A proactive, can-do attitude and collaborative approach to solving problems
