Job Description

The Paid Social Media Specialist manages and executes advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube for our 20+ brands. This role owns the social media targeting product and drives performance optimization for diverse client campaigns throughout the digital marketing fulfillment team.

This position can be performed remotely, or from any of our Emerald office locations.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Optimization

Execute high-performing paid social campaigns across major platforms aligned with client KPIs
Proactively own and refine our social media targeting product capabilities
Manage daily campaign operations including ad creation, audience development, and budget allocation
Drive continuous optimization to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness

Cross-Platform Expertise

Implement platform-specific strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
Ensure all creative assets meet platform requirements and follow advertising best practices
Stay current with platform updates and emerging ad formats
Test and integrate new targeting capabilities to enhance product offerings

Analysis & Reporting

Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
Generate comprehensive reports for clients and internal stakeholders
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve targeting and campaign results
Identify cross-campaign insights to refine our targeting product

Client & Brand Management

Support fulfillment of diverse client campaigns across our 20+ brands
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign requirements are met
Maintain standardized workflows for efficient campaign execution
Document strategies and outcomes to build organizational knowledge

Required Qualifications

1-3 years experience managing paid social campaigns across all major platforms
Proven track record optimizing campaign performance and ROI
Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools
Excellent project management abilities with keen attention to detail
Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

Platform certifications (Facebook Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing, etc.)
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
Demonstrated ability to develop and refine audience targeting strategies

Compensation & Benefits

Target Compensation: $ 60,000-$70,000

Please note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position. This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate’s qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law.
