We are hiring a Project Manager to drive the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of complex, high-impact client projects from start to finish. You will take ownership of large-scale rollouts (political, brand or agency campaigns), ensuring strategy and execution are fully aligned, stakeholders stay informed, and deliverables exceed expectations. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, and a proactive approach to anticipating and resolving challenges. You’ll work closely with account teams and internal departments to keep timelines, budgets, and quality on track, all while maintaining strong client relationships and a focus on results.

Experience, Skills, & Competency Requirements
3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital marketing, advertising, experiential, or agency environment.
PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification preferred
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
Proven success managing large-scale, multifaceted projects, campaigns, or rollouts from concept to completion.
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead conversations, influence stakeholders, and synthesize complex information clearly.
Experience running cross-functional teams and building alignment among diverse groups.
Ability to translate client goals and requirements into actionable project plans.
Proficiency with project management software (BCom uses Asana) and a solid understanding of project management processes.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address challenges proactively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Willingness to occasionally work outside traditional business hours to meet client needs.
Primary Areas of Responsibility
Project Leadership & Coordination
Lead planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact client projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact client projects, including large-scale campaigns, multifaceted rollouts, complex brand activations, or political campaign initiatives.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between account teams, creative, digital, and other stakeholders.
Client Communication & Stakeholder Management
Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related updates, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
Present project status, milestones, and risk assessments to clients and internal leadership.
Understand client objectives deeply and ensure project execution aligns with their strategic goals.
Process & Quality Oversight
Ensure deliverables meet BCom’s quality standards and brand expectations before delivery.
Identify opportunities to optimize project workflows and increase team efficiency.
Document and share best practices to strengthen overall project management at BCom.
