The Social Lead role aims to enhance the social media presence across platforms including Twitter (X), Instagram, Telegram, Discord, and LinkedIn, engaging the community and shaping how digital assets are perceived and interacted with.

Responsibilities:
• Lead social media strategy across key platforms to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging.
• Cut through FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt) to clarify communication around NFTs.
• Engage actively with the online community, fostering positivity and moderating discussions.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and product teams to align social media with broader campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to adjust strategies and content dynamically.
• Craft compelling narratives and thought leadership content for a diverse audience.

Requirements:
• Proven experience growing social media presence and engaging communities, especially on Twitter (X).
• Strong background in creating influential content within crypto and NFTs.
• Ability to develop strategic social media content and campaigns that drive engagement and expand reach.
• Experience managing rapid-response communications and maintaining composure during social media crises.
• Skilled copywriter and memer, capable of explaining complex concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
• Flexible with work hours, able to handle the fast-paced crypto environment with resilience and openness to feedback.

Compensation:
• Base salary in the United States ranges from $90,000 to $180,000 depending on qualifications.
• Additional benefits and equity are included.
• Compensation for international candidates varies according to local market conditions.
