About The Role

We are seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing client outcomes across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, and YouTube Shorts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of social media trends, content creation, and community engagement. This position requires a proactive approach, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, to ensure client goals are met and exceeded.

The Social Media Manager will lead the development and execution of social media strategies, oversee content creation from concept to delivery, and engage actively with audiences in real-time. They will collaborate closely with creative, design, video, and influencer teams to produce social-first, timely, and platform-tailored content. The role also involves analyzing performance data, providing insights, and adjusting strategies to optimize results. The candidate must be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strong client relationships, and staying ahead of industry trends to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years of proven experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role with a focus on content creation and community engagement
Demonstrated success in managing and growing social media presence for large B2C brands
Previous agency experience managing client relationships
Exceptional content creation skills, including writing and editing, with adaptability for different platforms and audiences
Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and inform strategy
Deep familiarity with social media management tools such as Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
Active social media engagement and trend awareness
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas
Excellent organizational skills and project management capabilities

Responsibilities

Act as the strategic lead for multiple brand accounts across various social platforms, setting clear content goals aligned with client objectives such as awareness, engagement, and conversions
Communicate performance insights and strategic recommendations effectively to both internal teams and clients
Proactively pitch new ideas, content formats, and campaigns to keep client social strategies fresh and impactful
Oversee the entire content process—from conceptualization, briefing creative teams, to reviewing deliverables ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategy
Ensure all content is social-first, timely, and tailored to each platform’s unique audience and format
Collaborate with design, video, and influencer teams to bring creative concepts to life
Participate hands-on by creating copy, storyboarding content, or shooting quick videos as needed
Engage actively in community management by responding to comments, shaping brand tone, and participating in cultural conversations in real-time
Support live posting during events, product drops, or cultural moments to maximize engagement and relevance
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve results continually
