Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Manager to build and grow LumiMeds’ social presence from the ground up. This role offers the opportunity to develop our voice, community, and content strategy across all platforms while driving brand awareness, engagement, and trust. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with proven experience launching and scaling social channels for a brand.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals and brand identity
•Launch and manage LumiMeds’ social channels across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
•Create and maintain a content calendar that reflects key campaigns, product launches, and wellness insights
•Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and product teams to produce high-quality content that educates and engages
•Manage influencer and partnership initiatives to increase reach and authenticity
•Monitor social performance and provide actionable insights to optimize content and community growth
•Engage directly with followers to build relationships and foster an active, supportive community
•Stay current on platform trends, social innovations, and competitive benchmarks to keep LumiMeds ahead of the curve
Qualifications
•3–5 years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand or agency
•Proven success in launching and growing brand channels from scratch
•Strong understanding of content strategy, analytics, and audience development
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail
•Experience with analytics and scheduling tools
•Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a startup environment
Preferred Experience
•Background in wellness, healthcare, or beauty
•Experience developing paid social strategies and collaborating with creative teams
•Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or mobile editing apps)
