GloballyHired has been engaged by our client, a fast-growing SaaS technology company headquartered in Dallas, Texas, to hire a Remote Software Developer. This role is a full-time, permanent opportunity to build and maintain scalable applications used by enterprise clients nationwide.

Position Details

Are you a versatile developer with a strong background in modern programming languages and frameworks? Our client is seeking a Software Developer to design, code, test, and deploy applications while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing new product features, maintaining and refactoring existing codebases, and integrating with third-party systems to support enterprise client needs. You’ll also contribute to architectural discussions, implement best practices for CI/CD pipelines, and partner closely with QA to ensure software releases meet the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a collaborative, agile environment where innovation and continuous improvement are encouraged. While this role is remote, you must be available to work core hours in the U.S. Central Time Zone (CT) to align with the Dallas-based engineering and product teams.

What We’re Looking For

-3–6 years of professional experience in software development.

-Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, C#).

-Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and/or back-end frameworks (Node.js, Django, .NET).

-Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

-Strong knowledge of APIs, relational databases, and version control (Git).

-Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

-Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in distributed teams.

Compensation

This permanent position offers a competitive annual salary of $85,000 to $120,000, depending on technical expertise and project experience. Candidates with advanced cloud/ERP integrations may qualify for the higher end of the range.
