About The Role

We are seeking dedicated individuals who are fluent in English to contribute their expertise toward training and refining advanced AI systems. This role involves evaluating and providing feedback on AI-generated content to improve the accuracy, relevance, and safety of AI responses. As a contributor, you will adopt a user-centric mindset, producing natural and realistic data that aligns with how you or others would interact with AI in real-world scenarios.

You will utilize structured rubrics to assess AI outputs, ensuring responses meet specific quality and contextual standards. Your evaluations will help shape the development of AI models, making them more reliable and effective for diverse applications. Depending on your skill set and experience, you may contribute across multiple projects, gaining exposure to various facets of AI data annotation and model refinement.

This role offers flexibility, allowing you to control your schedule and workload, making it suitable for individuals seeking part-time or supplementary income while working remotely. Your contributions will directly impact the evolution of AI technology, supporting innovative solutions across industries.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (or currently enrolled).
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to develop complex, professional-level prompts and evaluate nuanced AI reasoning.
Strong Writing Skills: Clear, concise, and engaging writing to explain decisions or critique responses effectively.
Attention to Detail: Commitment to accuracy and the ability to assess technical aspects of model outputs thoroughly.

Nice To Haves

Experience in fields like literature, creative writing, history, philosophy, theology, or related areas.
Prior writing or editorial experience (content strategist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
Interest or background in AI, machine learning, or creative tech tools.

Responsibilities

Adopt a user mindset to produce natural, realistic data that aligns with how AI would be used in everyday scenarios.
Use structured rubrics to evaluate AI outputs, ensuring responses meet predefined quality standards.
Review and rank reasoning and problem-solving responses generated by large language models.
Contribute across multiple projects based on your expertise and availability, providing valuable feedback to improve AI performance.
Maintain high accuracy and consistency in assessments to support the development of reliable AI systems.
Engage with the platform to provide ongoing feedback, participate in training modules, and stay updated on project guidelines.
