Responsibilities/Qualifications
Intrado is looking to hire a Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to join our Marketing team in Longmont, CO.
The Senior Manager of Digital Marketing owns the marketing tech stack. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM systems, marketing automation, web and digital ads with a preference for strong, practical experience with Salesforce.com and HubSpot (both CMS and marketing automation). A strong understanding of the marketing/sales funnel and reporting is also required as we will be asking this key member of the team to help define KPIs and structure reporting.
This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and requires an individual who is equal parts digital strategist, team collaborator, and obsessive tinkerer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the digital marketing strategy across all channels to support brand visibility, pipeline generation, and customer engagement goals
Own the corporate website including SEO, SEM and across the board optimization to help us provide a better experience for three key buyer personas and enhance their interactions with appropriate products and lines of business
Own reporting including the definition of KPIs and reporting and analytics across platforms (Salesforce.com, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn), providing actionable insights to improve ROI and optimize customer journeys.
Own marketing automation including database hygiene, segmentation and growth
Own lead flow processes, ensuring timely handoff of qualified leads to Sales and continuous feedback loop for lead quality and end to end conversion tracking
Manage and optimize paid digital media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.) including planning, execution, budget oversight, and conversion tracking
Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Product Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams to align digital strategies with go-to-market plans and sales enablement efforts
Identify growth opportunities through audience segmentation, A/B testing, keyword analysis, and competitive research
Work closely with the events team to maximize ROI from physical and digital events
Benchmark against competitors and stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously evolve the company’s digital presence
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field helpful
Experience
5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role
Proven success managing digital marketing campaigns in a B2B environment
Hands-on experience with web technologies including HubSpot CMS, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and integrating SFDC with HubSpot including field mapping, data dictionaries, lead flow management/routing and reporting
Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM including paid and organic search
Hands-on experience with paid ad programs including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and other platforms
Strong understanding of reporting in SFDC, HubSpot and web environments using native as well as 3rd party reporting and analytics tools such as PowerBI
HTML/CSS/JavaScript
A passion for building end-to-end customer journeys across multiple platforms
Ability to work a hybrid schedule in our corporate office in Longmont, CO
Other Useful Skills
Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube) and content marketing best practices
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrable experience with PowerBI or other business intelligence platforms and working knowledge of SQL and related concepts
Excellent internal customer service skills and attitude
Strong analytical and project management skills with a passion for data-informed decision making
Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
Advanced degree or certification in digital marketing is a plus
Experience with Drupal, WordPress and other CMSs helpful

The starting salary is anticipated between $100,000 and $110,000 and will be commensurate with experience.
