Responsibilities

The Job:

Create and capture the stories of patriotic people and companies.
Specialized assignments may include interviews, commercials, social media material, current event coverage, creative stories, full series creation, or other non-specified video productions as needed.
Cultivate a story using raw footage filmed by our team (or a third party).
Need to edit the required format and timeline of the assignment.
Specialized assignments may include interviews, commercials, social media material, current event coverage, creative stories, full series creation, or other non-specified video productions as needed.
Full, part time or contract opportunities may be available.

You

Autonomous and requiring minimal guidance.
Creative within the parameters of directives provided.
Takes criticism and feedback constructively.
Responds quickly to corrections, changes and required edits.
Minimum of one year of video editing experience and have a portfolio of a variety of completed videos you’ve created.
Advanced knowledge of lighting, audio and cinematic framing.
Must be advanced in Adobe Premier. Experience Adobe After Effects is a plus.
Knowledge in Canva, Vimeo, YouTube, and all social media platforms.
Attention to detail is critically important. Must have excellent grammar and spelling skills in order to create captions on videos.
Must have a computer (desktop or laptop are both acceptable) capable of editing videos up to 60 minutes long. Must have high speed internet connection.
