We’re on the lookout for a high-energy, results-oriented Video Editor who’s passionate about performance creative and understands the fast-paced world of social advertising — especially Facebook and TikTok.
What You’ll Be Doing
Edit high-performing video ads for platforms like Facebook and TikTok
Collaborate with the creative team on revisions and new concept development
Stay up to date on trends and performance-driven formats across paid media platforms
Design static performance creatives tailored to various brands and audiences
Repurpose and adapt creative concepts across platforms, formats, and aspect ratios
Partner with strategists to bring hooks and offers to life visually
Incorporate new AI tools and platforms to enhance creative workflows and efficiency
Who You Are
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Fast, energetic, and reliable — you thrive in fast-paced environments
A creator of engaging, effective content (not just “artsy” for the sake of it)
Experience with direct response ads, lead generation, and performance creative
Have a great understanding of meme culture and social-first storytelling
Comfortable working autonomously and delivering high-quality output quickly
Interest or experience using AI tools for video editing or content creation
Role Details
Compensation: $1,500 – $2,000/month
Location: Fully remote
Working Hours: Preference for 1-2 hours of overlap with Australian time zone; flexible for discussion
Public Holidays/PTO: TBD
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract Duration: Ongoing, with performance review milestones
