About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Video Editor with a focus on production to join our team on a contract basis. This remote role involves creating short-form, impactful videos that enhance Innodata’s brand presence and generate demand across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in producing engaging visual content, transforming complex technical narratives into compelling stories suitable for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will work closely with marketing and demand generation teams to develop video content that aligns with campaign objectives, supports landing pages, and drives audience engagement. Your creative expertise will be instrumental in scaling Innodata’s video channels, developing innovative visual formats, and optimizing content for maximum reach and impact. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the digital storytelling efforts of a leading AI and data engineering company, with a focus on producing high-quality, visually engaging content that elevates our brand and supports our growth initiatives.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional video editing experience
Strong motion graphics and captioning skills
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software
Experience in building or growing YouTube and/or TikTok channels
Ability to translate technical B2B concepts into clear and engaging visual stories
Excellent understanding of video optimization for different platforms
Strong attention to detail and creative storytelling skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Experience with digital marketing and content performance metrics

Responsibilities

Produce 30–90 second product videos explaining Innodata’s AI, data engineering, and agentic evaluation capabilities
Convert complex technical content into visually engaging, business-relevant narratives
Create variations optimized for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Edit interviews with internal leaders and external subject matter experts
Extract compelling sound bites and micro-content for various digital platforms
Add motion graphics, subtitles, charts, and branded visual elements to videos
Assist in launching and scaling Innodata’s YouTube and TikTok channels
Develop repeatable visual formats and series concepts to maintain consistent branding
Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and posting schedules for maximum engagement
Collaborate with demand generation teams to align video content with ongoing campaigns
Produce gated and ungated video assets to support landing pages and marketing initiatives
Monitor engagement metrics, analyze performance, and recommend content optimization strategies
Maintain adherence to the branded visual style guide
Prepare monthly analytics reports covering views, engagement, click-through rates, and watch time
