About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our dynamic team at BCI~IT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting our clients’ IT systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a strong technical background. As an integral part of our team, you will collaborate with various departments to deliver tailored IT solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement new technologies that align with our clients’ strategic goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, and security practices.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or equivalent are advantageous.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Maintain and monitor clients’ IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware components.
Implement and manage security measures to protect data and systems from threats and vulnerabilities.
Assist in the deployment, configuration, and upgrade of hardware and software solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects, including migrations, upgrades, and new implementations.
Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
