The Cloud Engineer Intern will work under the Manager, Cloud Security and join our DevSecOps team. You will gain hands-on experience securing cloud infrastructure and supporting automation projects.

Responsibilities

Help monitor cloud infrastructure for security threats and anomalies.
Support the configuration and operation of basic cloud security tools (e.g., WAF, antivirus, and vulnerability scanners).
Help analyze application and infrastructure logs to identify suspicious activity.
Participate in routine security audits and compliance checks.
Collaborate with senior engineers to implement secure configurations in AWS environments.
Contribute to documentation of security procedures and incident response strategies.
Learn and apply scripting skills (e.g., Python) to automate security tasks.
Shadow team members during incident response exercises and sprint planning sessions.
Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor’s program in CS, Cybersecurity or related field
Return to school in Fall 2026 to complete degree
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash).
Interest in cybersecurity and DevOps practices.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The hourly pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
