We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Intern to support our team by entering, updating, and organizing information in our systems. This is an easy task, work-from-home internship designed for students or beginners who want to gain basic administrative and computer skills. Full guidance and training will be provided.

Responsibilities
Enter data accurately into spreadsheets or online databases

Review information for errors and correct them when needed

Update and maintain existing records

Organize digital files and documents

Follow simple instructions and meet assigned deadlines

Maintain confidentiality of company information

Requirements

Basic computer and typing skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, or Google Sheets

Reliable internet connection

Desired Skills and Experience
Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in insurance investigations, law enforcement, or related field. Experience conducting surveillance and writing professional reports. Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and observational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments. Proficient in investigative software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
