The following describes in general terms the purpose and scope of the position. We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Digital Marketing Intern – SEO Focus to join our growing marketing department. Key Responsibilities

Document local keyword targets, naming conventions, and service differences by location
Support optimization of Google Business Profiles and assist with listings setup for Bing, Apple, and Facebook
Complete Google verification steps for new and existing service centers
Assist with launch readiness for new locations (including SEO setup and listings)
Build and manage a content calendar for seasonal listings updates (e.g., hurricane shutters)
Set up automations within BrightLocal for reporting and ongoing maintenance
Prepare reporting dashboards to monitor SEO and listings performance
Conduct SEO research and assist with foundational tasks like keyword mapping, metadata reviews, and competitor analysis

Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

Recent grad or student seeking hands-on experience in digital marketing and SEO

Nice To Have

Experience with WordPress, BrightLocal, or tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog
Familiarity with GA4 and Google Search Console

Duration: 12 weeks
