Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in keeping our information accurate, organized, and up to date. Your work will support daily business operations by ensuring that records are entered correctly, maintained with care, and easily accessible when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and internal systems.
Review documents for accuracy and completeness before entering information.
Verify, correct, and update records as needed.
Organize electronic files and maintain proper documentation.
Perform regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Protect confidential and sensitive information by following company policies.
Work closely with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
Assist with generating reports and retrieving information when requested.
Meet productivity and accuracy goals while managing multiple tasks.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role is preferred.
Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Familiarity with data management systems or databases is an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
