Position Overview: Morgan 6 is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Operations Intern to support the Executive Vice President in managing the financial operations of several Limited Liability Companies (LLCs), Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), and related entities. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in financial tracking, reporting, and entity management within a structured business environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with financial recordkeeping and monthly reconciliations for multiple LLCs and SPVs
Support cash flow tracking, invoicing, and expense management across legal entities
Help maintain financial dashboards and reports using Excel or Google Sheets
Organize and track operating agreements, financial statements, and entity documentation
Assist in the formation and administrative management of new LLCs and SPVs
Prepare summaries and briefing materials for internal meetings and external reporting
Coordinate with accounting, tax, and legal professionals as needed
Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity in all work
Requirements
Current undergraduate student majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
Strong Excel and data management skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Professional written and verbal communication skills
U.S. citizenship required
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with LLC and SPV structures
Understanding of basic accounting and financial reporting concepts
Experience with financial platforms or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus

General Work Schedule
This is a part-time, remote position (10–20 hours per week) with a flexible schedule.
Compensation
Compensation at M6 varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, M6 provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
California: $16.00 to $16.00 per hour
Colorado: $15.00 to $15.00 per hour.
District of Columbia: $17.00 to $17.00 per hour.
Maryland: $15.00 to $!5.00 per hour.
New York: $16.00 to $16.00 per hour.
Washington: $17.00 to $17.00 per hour.
