Graphic Designer (PowerPoint Presentation Design) – Remote (U.S.)

Temporary | Part-Time | August 31, 2026 – October 23, 2026

Pay: $19.20/hour

Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)

Candidates available to work Eastern or Central Time business hours are preferred.

Schedule

This is a temporary, project-based assignment supporting a busy conference season. Weekly hours will vary based on project needs, averaging approximately 26.25 hours per week.

Anticipated Schedule:

Week of 8/31: 30 hours
Week of 9/7: 40 hours
Week of 9/14: 40 hours
Week of 9/21: 20 hours
Week of 9/29: 20 hours
Week of 10/5: 0 hours
Week of 10/12: 30 hours
Week of 10/19: 30 hours

About The Role

We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer with exceptional Microsoft PowerPoint presentation design skills to support a high-profile conference season. In this role, you’ll transform complex business content into engaging, professional presentations, infographics, data visualizations, and graphics that help communicate executive-level insights.

This position is ideal for designers who enjoy visual storytelling, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel at collaborating with stakeholders to create polished, client-ready deliverables.

A portfolio showcasing PowerPoint presentation design is required for consideration.

What You’ll Do

Design high-quality PowerPoint presentations for executive and conference audiences
Transform complex content into visually engaging layouts, graphics, and data visualizations
Apply established brand standards across all deliverables
Review stakeholder-created content for quality, accuracy, and visual consistency
Collaborate directly with internal stakeholders to understand design needs
Clearly explain design decisions and provide creative recommendations
Manage multiple projects while meeting changing deadlines
Track project progress using project management tools
Communicate proactively regarding timelines, priorities, and potential roadblocks
Incorporate feedback and continuously improve design solutions

Qualifications

Required

Portfolio demonstrating strong PowerPoint presentation design (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
Experience creating executive, consulting, conference, or corporate presentations
Strong visual design, layout, typography, and data visualization skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
1-3 years of professional graphic design experience
Experience creating visual storytelling and user-centered presentation designs
Experience interpreting complex information into easy-to-understand visuals
