Become a Key Player as a Junior Video Editor

As a junior video editor, you will produce polished video content that supports the client’s digital, social, marketing, and broadcast initiatives. You will work closely with producers, directors, and content teams to turn raw footage into final deliverables that meet platform and brand requirements. This role is production-driven and will give you hands-on experience editing real client work.

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Tea

mEdit raw footage into polished videos for digital, social media, marketing, and broadcast use
.Collaborate with producers, directors, and content teams to understand project goals and deliver on briefs
.Add music, sound effects, graphics, captions, and visual effects as needed
.Ensure consistency in style, branding, and tone across all video content
.Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, websites, etc.)
.Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and respond to revision requests
.Review final edits and make revisions based on feedback
.Organize and maintain video assets and project files

s.Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effect
s.Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual compositio

n.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a tea
m.Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
