Responsibilities And Duties

Participate in day-to-day development activities working with other developers, business analysts and other project team members
Participate in software application development including development and resolution of system defects. Integrate various API’s and Web Services
Develop and test code to support inLumon Government Licensing Solution using modern methods of development (frameworks, web services, cloud deployment, etc)
Transform machine learning models into APIs and integrate AI capabilities into new and existing software and systems
Integrate AI models with external tools, APIs, and databases to extend agents’ capabilities for task execution, data retrieval, and automation.
Work on scalable agentic systems, including designing memory mechanisms, state management, and multi-agent collaboration protocols.
Develop advanced prompt engineering strategies, including creating effective prompts, handling context, and building autonomous planning-execution-reflection loops.
Implement and manage rigorous testing and evaluation frameworks to ensure agents perform accurately and reliably in production environments.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI agents and their underlying infrastructure in cloud environments using MLOps and DevSecOps best practices.
Implement safety, security, and bias-mitigation strategies to ensure AI agents adhere to ethical guidelines and compliance requirements.
Test, validate, and monitor AI model performance in real-world scenarios and troubleshoot any issues
Ensure that AI systems are developed responsibly, with fairness, privacy, and security in mind
Have good coding skills and ability to learn and adapt to new technology and programming languages
Keep up to date with the latest advancements in AI research and technology, including generative AI (GenAI) and other emerging trends

Education And/or Experience

Currently working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent and can start internship this month or next month.
Any experience working with front end technologies like Angular 18/19, Object Oriented Programming like C++, C# or JAVA and Database like MySQL will be preferred
Ability to resolve problems and present results neatly, with clarity and precision in oral and written form. Results oriented with demonstrated skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
A positive attitude with good communication skills and willingness to learn new technology
Proficiency in Python is essential
Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras.
Mathematics and statistics: Solid understanding of linear algebra, probability, and statistics, which are fundamental to building and evaluating AI models.
Specialized AI techniques: Knowledge of and experience with deep learning, natural language processing (NLP).
Software development: Software engineering skills, including knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and APIs.
Experience in building and deploying AI agents or multi-agent systems.
