The Growth Marketing and Digital Experience (GMDx) Team is looking for a Web Operations Intern.

This is a remote, hourly paid position, requiring a commitment of 20 hours/week for 12 weeks.

The Web Operations Intern will support key initiatives by assisting with website maintenance, optimization, and the enhancement of digital properties. This role involves developing documentation, coordinating cross-functional team efforts, and supporting day-to-day project needs. This position is ideal for a student who is interested in digital strategy, web content management, SEO, social media marketing, and marketing technology tools. Able to work independently, possessing great interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.

Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) is essential. This individual will gain hands-on experience working across a large scale enterprise web ecosystem and will collaborate with different teams across digital.

Responsibilities

Assist with updating content within the Content Management System (CMS), such as Sitecore and other managed tools (Sprinklr, Google Console, etc.)
Assisting in community management by responding to users/patients via social media using Sprinklr
Support web quality assurance (QA) testing for new features, templates, and pages.
Help maintain accurate and accessible web content, ensuring compliance with brand, style, and accessibility standards
Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization under the guidance of the National SEO team
Contribute to performance reporting by gathering web metrics and insights from tools such as Google Analytics and Amplitude
Document content workflows and help maintain team playbooks and process documentation
Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute ideas for improving digital experience and operations

Requirements

Education:

High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.

Additional Preferences

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Digital, Marketing, Information Science, UX, Computer Science, or related areas
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS basics), content management systems, or web analytics platforms is a plus
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to present thoughts clearly and professionally
Ability to rapidly respond to requests and interest in learning new tools and technologies
A desire to learn in a fast-paced and ever changing environment
Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments
A collaborative attitude and ability to integrate with a diverse team
Previous experience in healthcare or interest in the field a plus
