We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects that enhance our brand’s visual identity and engagement. Responsibilities Develop and implement visual designs for various assets related to the loyalty program. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update existing materials and create new promotional content. Ensure all designs align with brand standards and effectively communicate key messages. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for member engagement. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Skills Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in a corporate or retail environment. Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Excellent attention to detail with a passion for visual storytelling. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and ideas. Preferred Skills Experience in designing for loyalty programs or customer engagement initiatives. Familiarity with web design and digital marketing principles. Knowledge of print production processes and specifications. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and feedback.
