Job Description

We are looking for a Designer to write, review, and validate prompt-based questions designed to train AI. Your expertise in visual systems, user experiences, or creative strategy will ensure each prompt and response reflects real-world design process thinking, visual literacy, and communication clarity. You’ll help shape how AI understands and simulates multi-modal design workflows across industries—from education and retail to architecture, tech, or culture. You are a good fit if you: Have over 1+ years of experience in specialized field such as instructional design, exhibit design, service design, environmental design, or experience design Have a bachelor’s degree in design, architecture, education, industrial design, interaction design, or a related field Are currently based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, UK or the Australia. Have a strong background in creating high-quality visual designs (websites/apps, brand/marketing assets). Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills Have strong attention to details Exposure working with LLMs and GenAI prompting. Role Highlights Flexible workload: 10–20 hours per week, with potential to increase to 40 hours. Fully remote and asynchronous—work on your own schedule. Minimum duration: 1–2 months, with potential for extension. Role Start Date This role will begin in early to mid-August with applications reviewed on a rolling basis. Interview Process You will take an AI interview where you will be asked questions about your background in creative workflows, user experience planning, and systemic design thinking You will share your screen and write a detailed prompt to generate an AI response about a design scenario. You will evaluate and compare LLM outputs to determine which response is more effective and accurate. Applicants will be selected based on their performance in the AI interview and on the accuracy and quality of their evaluations.
