Drivetrain is looking for a curious, driven, and detail-oriented Associate Growth Marketer to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn the ropes of B2B SaaS marketing, take ownership of critical initiatives, and grow fast. You’ll work across event strategy, customer advocacy, and marketing operations — gaining exposure to both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. What You’ll Own Event Strategy & Execution Research and identify events, conferences, and webinars aligned with our GTM goals Liaise with event organizers to negotiate sponsorships and speaking opportunities Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure smooth event participation Track event ROI and suggest improvements for future participation Customer Advocacy Manage our presence on review platforms like G2, Capterra, and Gartner Coordinate review campaigns with customers and customer success team to build social proof. Marketing Operations (MarkOps) Learn and use tools like Clay, Apollo, Zapier, HubSpot, and Highperformr to automate and streamline marketing tasks Support campaign execution through workflows, reporting, and system setups Maintain data hygiene and help the team make data-informed decisions You’ll Thrive Here If You… Are curious and love learning new tools, trends, and tactics Have strong communication skills (written + verbal) Are not afraid to ask questions, take initiative, and own outcomes Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment What You’ll Learn Hands-on experience across multiple areas of B2B marketing How to evaluate marketing channels and measure ROI Modern marketing automation and GTM tools Working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams Sounds exciting?
