Impact In This Role Fictiv is looking for a rock-star Lifecycle Marketing Manager to support the strategy of end-to-end lifecycle marketing initiatives, driving initial and repeat conversions, retention and expansion strategies. The focus is instilling loyalty and advocacy within our ever-growing customer base. Our ideal candidate will be a B2B marketing expert with a proven track record of maximizing customer and account level LTV. They will have the curiosity to leverage new and existing channels, have an experimental mindset and be data-driven to the nth degree. In this role you will partner closely with our Sales and ABM teams and be responsible for helping to define critical marketing strategies across the entire customer journey. What You’ll Be Doing Increase the pipeline of opportunities for our Sales team to close Develop AB testing roadmap to optimize each stage of the customer journey, which include onboarding, engagement, and retention Optimize email nurture programs to improve velocity and frequency of first-time customers becoming repeat buyers and eventual power users Analyze and report on key channel metrics and business KPIs Work with the marketing communications team to leverage new capabilities/features, case studies, testimonials, and quotes in LCM campaigns Maintain positive and productive relationships with product marketing, product management, and engineering teams to ensure messaging of programs and product updates are accurate and meaningful to the target audience Refine customer loyalty and referral marketing programs Great collaboration with Sales, ABM, MarketingOps, RevOps, Content & Creative teams to bring campaigns to life and improve the custom journey Stay on top of email best practices and industry trends Leverage Marketo and modern marketing tools (Drift, Printfection, Salesforce, etc.) to develop automated campaigns that deliver the right message, to the right person, at the right time Desired Traits A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B customer marketing, preferably at a digital manufacturing or eCommerce-based company that supports an enterprise selling motion Experience designing and creating cross-functional email marketing campaigns Experience implementing and measuring AB testing A proven track record of delighting customers and creating successful marketing programs aimed at customers Knowledge of audience segmentation through profile attribution and content/channel engagement Basic understanding of integrated marketing tech stacks and the flow of data between CRM, Business Intelligence Platforms and Automation Tools Expert in segmentation, list management, and email marketing best practices Strong communication skills without fear of over-communication. This role will require effective collaboration and cross-functional coordination across internal and external contributors Extremely detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines An understanding of the mechanical engineer persona and the buyer journey would be preferred You share our values, and work in accordance with those values Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Salary range: $114,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on experience Fictiv is continuing to expand our remote US workforce.
