Founded by Jacob Riglin, one of the original travel creators, we come from a creator-first background but operate with the discipline and structure of a modern production studio. We understand what performs on social because we’ve lived it, tested it, and built careers around it long before it became an industry. The Role We’re looking for a junior video editor early in their career who’s fluent in modern editing tools and eager to learn our way of working. This role is hands on, and production driven. You’ll be editing real client work, not mock projects. Key Responsibilities Edit raw footage into polished videos for digital, social media, marketing, or broadcast use Collaborate with producers, directors, and content teams to understand project goals Add music, sound effects, graphics, captions, and visual effects as needed Ensure consistency in style, branding, and tone across all video content Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, websites, etc.) Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Review final edits and make revisions based on feedback Organize and maintain video assets and project files Required Skills & Qualifications Demonstrated experience editing video content through coursework, internships, freelance work or personal projects Proficiency in editing software Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition Basic knowledge of color correction and sound design Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong attention to detail and time management skills Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, or generative AI tools Experience with motion graphics and animations Familiarity with social media trends and video formats Knowledge of video compression and export settings Portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous work Who You Are Recently graduated in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a relevant field Comfortable working with creator-led and brand content Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly in a collaborative environment Reliable and eager to learn Flexible and open to mentorship Passionate about content and storytelling
