The Role Team Integration: As an intern, you’ll be an essential part of our engineering team, working alongside skilled professionals on cutting-edge projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Platform, Product, and more, gaining exposure to the broader business. Real-World Projects: You’ll take on a variety of projects that align with your skills and interests, contributing to key engineering initiatives. By the end of the program, you’ll showcase your work through a final presentation to your team and peers. Skill Building & Career Growth: Throughout the internship, you’ll attend workshops focused on technical skills, resume building, interview prep, and professional development. You’ll also have the chance to engage with company leadership during networking events. Mentorship: Receive guidance and feedback from your manager, as well as a dedicated mentor who will help you navigate your internship experience, ensuring continuous learning and growth. You Bring Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree: You’re a new graduate or current student expected to graduate in the Fall 2026/Spring of 2027 majoring in Engineering or a related field. Proactive & Collaborative Attitude: You have an act-like-an-owner mentality, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and enjoy working with others to achieve collective goals. Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving Skills: You enjoy tackling complex challenges, analyzing problems, and developing solutions. Clear communication of ideas is one of your strengths.
