About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist focused on demand generation to join our in-house marketing team. This remote position, with a preference for candidates located in the Chicago area, offers an exciting opportunity to craft and optimize digital campaigns that attract new franchisees and clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging email campaigns, creating compelling landing pages, and producing digital content that resonates with target audiences. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise to continuously improve campaign performance and contribute to the company’s growth objectives. Qualifications 3–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, particularly in email marketing, landing page creation, and content development. Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools. Experience working with website CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or equivalent. Strong understanding of analytics and reporting tools including Google Analytics and HubSpot. Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a persuasive and clear style. Proven ability to manage projects independently from strategy through execution, testing, and optimization. Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and implement improvements to campaigns. Familiarity with digital engagement best practices and conversion optimization techniques. Bonus: Experience in marketing within franchise or B2B services environments. Ability to work collaboratively within a full-stack marketing team encompassing SEO, paid media, design, and analytics. Quick learner with a proactive approach to testing new ideas and accelerating results. Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities Design, build, and optimize targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and convert leads. Create and maintain landing pages and web content aligned with campaign goals and audience interests. Implement A/B testing and utilize analytics to refine campaigns for maximum effectiveness. Collaborate with SEO, paid media, design, and analytics teams to develop integrated marketing initiatives. Apply best practices in copywriting, digital engagement, and conversion rate optimization to improve campaign results. Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor strategies to bring innovative ideas to the team. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
