We are looking out for candidates for Catalog Assistance.
In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with multiple category teams, ML team, delivery experience team, seller teams, and BA team to identify gaps in virtual bundling, MOQ and virtual muti-packs and help alleviate their acute/short-term issues related to bundling. You will also partner with program and product management team to identify long-term fulfillment features and programs to improve customer experience for Amazon India customers.
Key job responsibilities
Under general supervision, follow pre-defined processes, guidelines, and SOPs to perform tasks with high levels of accuracy and productivity
Tasks including interacting and coordinating with internal stakeholders, gathering and resolving issues to help drive business continuity
Maintaining records of work, tracking business workflow, escalating deviations.
Analyze data and identify new trends/patterns.
Identify generic patterns in CX escalations and to be translated into guidelines and SOPs to improve overall escalation process.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
1. Proficiency in managing tasks within defined SLAs & minimum experience of 2 years in a similar role
2. Proficiency in using Selection Central
