Join a dynamic digital agency focused on delivering engaging short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, with occasional long-form projects. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about video editing and eager to learn new tools and techniques, especially those interested in leveraging AI for captions, effects, and B-roll. You will be responsible for editing a high volume of short videos each month, ensuring clarity, storytelling flow, and audience engagement. Professional production polish is not required; the emphasis is on creating content that is clear, concise, and effective for social media audiences. Training and support are provided, making this an excellent opportunity for those at the beginning of their video editing journey.

Responsibilities

– Edit 20–60 short-form videos and up to 5 long-form videos per month for social media platforms
– Apply clean cuts and maintain a strong storytelling flow in all edits
– Utilize AI tools for captions, effects, and B-roll (training provided)
– Communicate daily via WhatsApp during active projects to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
– Consistently meet deadlines and deliver reliable results
– Adapt to feedback and continuously improve editing techniques

Skills and Requirements

– No formal degree or prior professional experience required
– Willingness to learn and grow in the field of video editing
– Basic or no knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is acceptable; training will be provided
– Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
– Strong interest in social media content and trends
– Comfortable with daily communication and remote collaboration
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
