What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team on projects and issue resolution
Investigate discrepancies as they arise
Participate in ongoing training to enhance industry knowledge and process understanding
Complete additional projects as assigned

What Is Required (Qualifications)

High school diploma or GED required
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
Exceptional attention to detail
Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 words per minute

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Data entry experience is a plus
Strong tech experience
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
Desire and ability to be a team player
